Drivers are invited to bring their vehicles and have a roaring good time participating in the Ramona American Graffiti Cruise, held Thursday nights throughout the summer.
Cruise night participants line up on Etcheverry Street and follow founders Kristy and Jerry Keller, who lead the parade of unique vehicles up and down Main Street. Spectators who line the route enjoy watching the beautifully restored classics roll by, in addition to the thundering motorcycles, sporty cars and massive commercial tractor-trailers, whose air horns thrill the youngsters.
It’s a boon for businesses, too, as dining establishments often feature special menus, and many merchants extend their hours during the event.
Visit the “Ramona American Graffiti Cruise” Facebook page for information about weekly start times and related activities.
